Can I Connect My Blackberry Pearl 8100 To My Pc Without Having The Device Manager Software?

I do not have the Device manager softeware… Does anyone know where I can download an alternative software that would allow me to connect my Blackberry with my PC? MAYBE some software which is less than 30MB
