If many of the sites you visit utilize flash it wont work, for now (theres a flash version for the iphone/ipod touch in the works) Otherwise if Flash is not a huge concern then dont think about it for one more minute, get it. I always use Cucusoft DVD to iPod Video Suite to convert limewire, youtube videos to ipod, It’s really helpful.
