Can Anyone Suggest A Good Software To Track Daily Downloads In A Single User Environment?

Something that will show up statistics like daily, monthly downloads with numbers in MBs or GBs. Also, if it could throw up statistics about what kind of downloads are happening? Any help would be much appreciated.

DU meter is good with the bandwidth statistics(daily, weekly, monthly etc) . But it won’t give you any information about individual file downloads.

right click on its icon in taskbar > network moniter > Network traffic tab -it’ll tell you everything.
