Zune Software Gives Me A Black Screen When I Try To Play Any Video.?

In the Zune Software, Whenever i try to play any videos, it opens but all i see is a black screen. I can hear the audio fine, but the screen stays black.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like it might be a codecs problem. Do these same videos play just fine in another program? Try reconverting the videos or updating your video codecs.
