How Do I Change Software That Is In A Compacted Version To Full Version After Installation?

At different times I have tried to install different programs to my computer. I get the installation is complete signal. When I go and find the program in my computer, it seems to be in some sort of compact version and I can’t read it. Or figure out how to install in a normal version.

you need to extract the file. right click and follow the promps
All you have to do is right click on the file then left click on Rename. Put the words “full version” in front an vahla!
is it a .zip file? if it is, then you should download the trial of winrar. It never expires!
You need to exract the file by right clicking on it. Then hit extract all. Hopefully this will work. Thanks for reading and good luck!!
