Am I being thick, or are you asking how to attach an entire website to an email without using attachments? If you are, I can see a problem with that…
If you mean you want to send a _link_ to it, that can be done easily in ANY email program – just copy and paste the URL of the site into an email!
You don’t send a web page. You just have to send link of the page.
