I’m looking for cheap (or preferably free) software that will do batch job on many pictures at a time, and doesn’t reduce the quality of the image while it does it. I’ve tried many freeware tools but these all seem to reduce the quality of the image. Thanks

Adobe Photoshop is great if at all need help mail me i will guide you how to do that
i am always online 7pm till 11pm (GMT +5:30)
I suggest you to use the photoshop tool otherwise just move to the paint and write the text and save as jpg image but i suppose it is easy but may reduce quality.
Try Picasa or Adobe Photoshop…I think both shall work or atleast Adobe Photoshop shall do.
