My Computer Isnt Recognizing My Zune Mp3 Player But I Got All The Software For It. What Do I Do?

on the zune it says go to zune.net/setup to get started and i did. i have all the software to sync music and videos and stuff but when i use the usb cable to hook up the zune yo the computer the computer says it cant recognize it. Why is that?

Also make sure the cable and the port work.
Sounds like a hardware problem, either with your Zune or you computer, try reinstalling the software. Or you may want to try to hook up to someone elses computer just to see what happens with that. You may need a new usb cable. Good Luck.
