Software Recommendations For Recording Streaming Audio, Including A Timer?

I’d like to record streaming audio while I’m at work (there’s a Celtic music program on a station that’s too far away for me to receive it except online). I’d need to be able to set a time for the recording to start and stop, since I wouldn’t be home to capture it. What’s the best software to accomplish these things? Any and all assistance VERY welcome!
