Graphics Card Upgrade?

I have a Acer Aspire T650 desktop PC and i’m looking to upgrade my current graphics card. I’m not very good with PCs other than gaming and i know (and want) to upgrade my graphics card because it’s just poor. The current driver for my card says it’s Geforce 7300 SE/7200 GS, so i assume that’s my graphics card? I was looking at the GeForce 9600 GT is that suitable for my PC or can you recommend another? Also do i need to upgrade my RAM? I took down as much detail as i could find on the product page i found. Any help is much appreciated.

It should work fine. I might also consider a ram size and speed upgrade.
