I am trying to record me playing counter strike, but the screen recorders i have tried so far lag when recording, and does not record audio. Can someone tell me a good software that does not lag and can record audio? thanks

If you prefer more features such as zoom in and out during recording, draw to screen, mouse cursor highlight etc, try BSR Screen Recorder.
It can record audio from various sources such as microphone, speakers (what you hear) etc.
umm fraps is pretty good, but only records 30 sec clips with free version… you can record audio and if you set the fps high enough there wont be much lag (maybe a bit at begining of recording) pretty high quality. All the other recorders i find are either crappy or only work with a small list of games.
Hypercam. Hypercam is a fantastic, easy-to-use screen recorder. The free or unregistered version has a little white box in the left hand corner that says “Unregistered” though. Other than that it’s great.
Download it safely here:http://www.download.com/HyperCam/3000-13…
For game recording, there really isn’t anything better than FRAPS (www.fraps.com)
If it’s just standard windows recording (ie non-gaming), Camtasia Studio is quite good.
Try Camstudio, its good and free!http://camstudio.org/
Hypercam or Gamecam.

Hypercam 2. I use it, runs really smoothly and little lag.
