System Security Malware Removal?

I’ve checked through some old answers and have tried everything to no avail to get rid of System Security version 4.52.
I tried to access my control panel with add/remove programs, selected the system security icon and tried to remove it, and it indicated that the program was already removed. Yet when I restarted, the pop ups were still there (as well as the icon on the toolbar). I could only access the control panel in safe mode, but I can’t seem to run the antivirus programs in safe mode.
I’ve downloaded free copies of several versions of anti-malware software, but SS will disable them. I am on the verge of throwing my computer out the window. I am not tech-saavy enough to deal with this!
I called the customer support # for spyware doctor and was told that their program would remove the virus (not the free dowloadable copy which the damn program keeps disabling before it would run).
When I called the store that carries spyware doctor (which I will not name because their sales associate really pissed me off- but it rhymes with “rest guy”), I was told they can’t guarantee the program WILL work, and there are no refunds – but their geek squad can fix it for $200. Seriously?
So, does anyone know how to disable this stupid thing? As I’ve said, I’ve followed several links, tried several downloads – to no avail. If I can’t disable it myself, does anyone know of an antivirus program that can (and will) remove it? I can’t afford to waste money on software if it doesn’t work, and I certainly can’t afford to pay someone $200 to fix it.
So – any advice on how to disable and remove System Security 4.52?
Can anyone recommend an antivirus program that will?
Please respond ASAP – it won’t even let me open Microsoft Word, and I need to access files for class!!!! Thanks in advance!

Take a website like deezer which pays for streaming rights from a music records company, (as well as bandwith costs to their web host ?)…and streams music to users…paying for costs (or trying to) from advertising on the site…
How does that work technically speaking ? Where does the bandwith cost kick in if the streaming media comes from the music record company servers…and how does streaming server software come into play ?
