How To Remove Viruses/malware? Please Help!?
So my youngest sister was watching movies online or something, and caught about 26 viruses on her pc! She has Kaspersky antivirus software installed on her pc but it expired a few days ago and now it won’t let her delete the viruses that it finds without activating. And on top of that, her internet connection is blocked because of the viruses and I can’t download new anti-virus software on her pc. I tried to download AVG Free version on my flashdrive and then on her pc, but it won’t activate without internet connection.
PLEASE help because I don’t know what else to do. She can’t find the system restore disk & I’m ready to kill her.
