How Do You Import Clips Into Flash 8 Without Software?

I have Flash 8 and I need to import a clip into it. It won’t work as WMV or DVA-PAL or whatever, since I need software. Any suggestions?

I Need Advice On Spyware!!!!!!?

ok on my computer at the bottom of my start toolbar a blinking icon keeps blinking with a red x looking thing on it… i currently have a antivirus software installed in my computer..my software found the spyware and deleted it. BUT it still keeps blinking and when i click on it, it takes me to a web site and tries to tell me to download a free scan. idk what to do to make it stop blinking??!! Should i take it to my computer technician or can i make it go away my self??please help!thank you….

I Need Advice For My Sister Please!!

ok here’s the situation please bear with me, my sister has a new pc she got a few months ago, she has 4 kids, 3 of which use it often ( 19, 16, 7)
i know a lot more about pc’s than she does and i try to help her out.
i downloaded good free software and do regular scans when i can.
but she is always getting trojans, i get her computer cleaned up, next time i visit, maybe a few days later or a week or so, there are more, pupers, zlobs qq pass ev, smitfraud, antivirus 08 and all that crap.
her youngest go on a lot of dress up sites and game sites, her son was caught downloading porn a little while ago. i am convinced the stuff they are going on is doing it but she works a lot and cannot exactly keep them off plus they get bored.
any advice on what can be done for her?
it is going to ruin this new computer
by the way she has mcafee siteadvisor, firefox 2, avira, spyware terminator as well as others i got for her for free but new trojans keep popping up all the time.
advice please.

I would like to find a good web designing software that lets the person design by dragging and dropping. I want this to teach amature internet radio djs how to design their own web pages. I don’t mind spending a little money on this. I know GeoCities allows this but I want them to be able to design without needing internet.
