Please Help? Need Info For Downloads For Security And Antivirus’, And A Firewall, And A Cleaning Solution?

omgness! i’m so lost and tired, i just want to throw my computer out the window. it seems the more i try to fix things, the more they get messed up!? i am looking for downloads to help protect, and fix & clean my computer. i’ve read previous answers and i’m so over-loaded with info, everything is starting to look the same, and i can’t tell which way is up. i’m not in the position to pay for alot of the software either. where can i go or free & good quality help?. i am looking for those sites where someone can refer me to. i’m not too keen on the tech of a computer( that’s probably why i’m lost!) so keep it simple, please? and, for serious and knowlageable(spelling looks off?)answerers only. forgive me if this excludes you, i’m not trying to be mean, i’m just exasperated at this point :/ Thank- you so much ahead of time!! ps. i dumped avg 8.0 out because it just kept coming up with more .exe warnings, and kept shutting down my computer. pplllbbbttt :p …….*sigh*…….

How To Remove “security Toolbar 7.1″?

My computer is infected with “Security Toolbar 7.1″, and it is showing different symptoms:
1. Computer prompts me that my system is infected with different viruses like trojan-spy.win32@mx; and to download different antispam softwares.
2. I am having full updates of norton antivirus… but it is unable to detect this problem
3. I can not restore my computer in back date also…
4. There is no infrmation about this toolbar even in “add or remove programme” in control panel menu..
for information, i am having original windows XP home edition and a licenced copy of norton antivirus.
i dont want to spent any more to remove this “Security toolbar 7.1″
Can anybody help me by telling the method to remove this spyware from my computer without spending money?
I have also tried with different free antyspam software like spyware doctor, HJTINSTALL.exe…but couldn’t find effective solution.
Please specify me any manual removal tool..with effective links…if any.

OK, so my computer WAS SICK SICK SICK, but now, with help of great folks here, it’s doing BETTER! :)
But I’m wondering if others out there are aware of who all comes knocking at your computer from all over the world: every day, every hour, every moment, every milisecond! :P
I found out Comcast had McAfee available FREE to ISP subscribers, so I downloaded it.
If YOU HAVE McAfee (or I suspect this option’s available on other AntiVirus software also) click to view your Inbound traffic logs. Click the M on your toolbar to open McAfee, then click Reports and Logs, then click View Log, then click Inbound Events.
What do YOU see? ;)
Here, there are repeated strings of first ten, then five recurrent hits, each entire group of 10/5 always happening within 1 to 2 seconds. On McAfee, click TRACE THIS ADDRESS & watch it ping node-to-node from here to MYANMAR! :P *sigh*
I got 42 pages in 3 days! Do YOU have this level traffic? Does yours include *visits* FROM your OWN COMPUTER!?

Any Ideas How To Get Better At Final Cut Pro Editing Software?

I am in a dead-end job and WANT to start my own video editing business. I use Final Cut Pro as my software and am pretty good at it but would like to get more efficient. Any ideas where I might get experience or more education so I can start out on my own and leave my current job? Anyone familiar with this software or have any tips for me?
