What Is The Most User-friendly, Easiest Software To Use To Create My Own Web Site?

I want to create a Web site that chronicles my life…but not a blog. I’d use words, lots of photos, documents, etc. I’m looking for either a Web hosting company that has very easy software to build a site or purchasable software that I can use and then load onto an existing hosting firm. I have no Web site design or HTML experience. This isn’t for day-to-day postings but a general document (hence, not a blog) I also want to ensure that the Web site can stay up indefinitely and not go down because the hosting company is sold or goes out of business. What is my best option?

Antivirus Programs! Help?

I need to, well, WANT to download some software but my computer was recently attacked by a virus!! Yeah, I know, sucks. And it completely wiped out my laptop. Everything was gone. I need to know a TRUSTED anit-virus program software thingy whatever it is, that I can get for free. I really need it. I wont pay for anything because I’m just 14 and my parents are like, we got the copmuter, dont screw it up, and they’re not going to pay for it… Please help. And if you answer please please make sure its a trusted site and the program really will protect my computer. I cant have it go down again. I dont even know what the virus before could have come from anyways… Well, yeah, please help!

BO clean.. dont know if that even does much

anything else i should have? im mainly looking for anti malware/spyware/adware
i used to have comodo firewall pro, but with 2332 pop-ups a day, it was worse than the vista user account control… it was so bad i uninstalled it…it pissed me off and i didnt even know if i should allow or deny…wtf.. comodo sucks…
comodo = SPAM
any protection stuff i should get besides crappy comodo firewall and defence +??
