Is there a way I can update my iPod (I have the iPod Nano 3G) software so it is just like the 4G Nano without actually buying a 4G Nano? I mean, I like all the features they give you, especially the shuffle songs thing, but I don’t want to buy a new iPod because I like everything about mine. Help?

Unfortunately, the new song-shuffling feature of the new iPod Nanos is dependent on hardware (a little widget called an accelerometer), not just on software. The older Nanos don’t have the same parts inside.
