Avira Problem (please Help Me !)?

My avira antivir personal wont update it gives this report whenever I try to update:

    Their update server’s could temporarily be too busy to connect. You can either be patient, wait for a while and try again later.
    Or you could also manually download the newest definitions files and update it from locally on your own computer from the downloaded file:http://www.avira.com/en/support/vdf_upda…
