How Do I Transfer My Music, Videos, Pictures, Etc. From Windows Media Player To My Zune Software?

When I first installed my zune software it automatically transferred all my pics, music, and vids from windows media player to the Zune software. Now I can’t figure out how to do that manually. Can anybody help me? I tried F3 and it didn’t seem to do anything.
