Computer Shows Blue Screen Of Death At Start Up?

When ever I start up my computer, in normal or any safe mode options it gives me this message :
stop: 0×00000F4 (0×000000003, 0×81D9EBF8, 0×81D9ED6C, 0×805C7478)
It has nothing plugged into it. I did not install anything yesterday; I even turned off automatic updates.
I took out the cd in the drive and unplugged my mouse. The only recovery disk I have wipes the hard drive. I can’t do this because I have homework I need off my computer.
This is the second time this has happened, and I didn’t install any hardware or software both times. The laptop is only a few weeks old.

The blue screen of death, also known as the blue screen of doom or simply blue screen, is one of the most notorious error messages in Windows based operating systems. To fix blue screen errors, you can safely assume that there’s something going seriously wrong in your operating system. Unfortunately for us, and even the highest trained computer technicians, fixing the blue screen of death isn’t always as simple as we’d like it to be, and it can take an obscure amount of PC knowledge to get to the root of the problem.
90% registry cleaner can fix the blue screen.http://bluescreen-fix.com

Well if you want your work back, BURN a ubuntu cd and boot off it. Then just open your hard drive and copy the stuff over.
You have had a serious crash. You will need to re-install windows (unless if you want to stick with ubuntu, you may end up liking it better)
    Hope that helped!

Here is how to burn it (BURN it with a CD-R drive)https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BurningIsoHowto

  3. Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This problem can be solved by uninstalling new software, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://rgt.in

I’m sorry to say it, but your laptop is toast. Blue screen of death basically means that your operating System is just done. Something must have happened, likely not anything done by you, that caused it to corrupt the essential files.
I’m sorry to say it, but you really have no other choice. I am not an expert at software, so I don’t know if you really can say that it’s a goner; but from personal experience, it’s a goner.
While I can’t help you with what’s wrong with your computer, I can recommend a plan of action to avoid this problem: instead of saving files, why don’t you try using Google Documents. Realizing this is a yahoo forum, hopefully I won’t get too many flames, but GoogleDocs is a wonderful way of keeping your files online and you don’t have to worry about it disappearing because there’s no actual file on your computer, but rather everything is saved online, but you have the option of downloading the file. It keeps everything nice and organized, with a search function to look through tons of documents. But ultimately, it won’t really work to save your current documents.
What you could try doing is checking out programs that save data from a destroyed hard drive. While I wouldn’t say that your hard drive is destroyed, it’s corrupted so it might work. Look up data recovery or something to that effect, and hopefully you’ll find some information about how you can recover data without actually having the hard drive in working condition to explore.
Actually, you can probably install Ubuntu or a Linux based operating system (which is completely free) and it will let you access your files even though the windows files are messed up. However, it might void your warranty so make check that out before you try this method. What you want to do is go to Ubuntu.com and download and burn a copy of the build 9.04, which is the most recent one. That will basically give you another way to access your files and you get this awesome penguin centered operating system of Linux! Awesome~~~
Correction: you don’t have to install a whole new operating system, but you can use the boot from CD option of the Ubuntu disk. However, I like the install version much better because Ubuntu is awesome!
