I have a HP PAVILION ZV6000. Im reinstalling the software. I have the CD/ DVD. The 1st one is an “Application and driver recovery dvd” and when u insert the cd at staring point you suppouse to press a key (any of the f1, f2, or any abc…etc) I dont know which key it is. for this matter the notebook is not reading the cd and keeps going to staring point my main page. can anyone who knows any info on this get back to me plz!

I have an HP dv6000 notebook and I’m trying to transfer files to it from my old desktop. I keep getting a message that says that there is not enough space on my recovery disk D to complete the transfer and that I need to delete files to free up space, but I can’t access recovery disk D because it’s apparently on a separate partition. I tried to burn it to disks but I don’t think it worked because it didn’t ask me to insert additonal disks and I don’t think that 8 gb can fit on a 700 mb disk. I’m pretty computer stupid. Please help. The desktop has Windows XP and the lap top has Windows Vista and I’m using Belikin easy transfer software.

When I run my virus scan, the same virus Win32:Kuang2 is always detected. The options are given to delete, repair, move, scan, or move to virus chest. None of these work. The second step is to schedule a boot scan. This still does not remove the virus. I’m not sure of the next step I should take, or if there is any free software out there that could help me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi i have a jailbroken i pod touch 1.15 16GB with an installer version of 3.01.I wanted to upgrade my software to 2.2.1.I downloaded the firmware and tried to install it by clicking restore while holding shift but it said that an unknown error occured and my i touch went into recovery mode.On sugesstions i tried putting it into DFU mode but itunes made it into recovery mode and after tryng to restore the same thing happened.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
