Computer Wont Recognize Ipod, Ipod Wont Charge.?

my ipod wont work properly, i plug it in to my computer, and nothing happens, it doesn’t charge, and when i reset it, the found new device comes up and runs, it says apple recovery (iboot)usb driver, and it searches for something, then it
comes up with cannot install this hardware

Cant Get Into Windows?

ok i tryed installing my blackberry software, once it finished installing it asked to reboot now or later, so i chose reboot now. But when it rebooted windows wouldnt start. It goes str8 to advanced windows options screen where i can choose safe mode, safe mode w/networking, normal start up etc. i have tried each option esp safe mode so that i could go in and uninstall the blackberry software, always go back to the same screen. So i decided to use my xp cd to do a recovery, i went into the bios changed the boot sequence to allow the cd rom to boot 1st, put in the xp cd, but it never boots the cd, the lights on the cd rom start and i can hear it start, but it always goes str8 back to the black advanced windows options. does anyone kno whats wrong?

Bringing My Computer Back To Its Previous State After Removing A Virus?

How can I make my computer the same way it was before it got a virus.
Here’s what happened: The computer got the virus. I got the newest, updated anti-virus software (Norton Anti-Virus). The software says that all virus have been removed, even after several full system scans. However, I still cannot get to “programs” on the start menu, I still don’t have task manager, and in the lower right corner there is still that “Virus Alert!”. Everything else is back to normal though; the computer is running fast and I don’t have pop ups. How can I get the computer back to its previous state WITHOUT doing a system recovery or system restore (I would’ve done system restore, but, it won’t let me restore the system to a date before the virus).

our software e.g. an antivirus, firewall.
Finally we live like we’re connected to a WIFI i.e. wireless adaptor. We are connected to some points and if they shut down we die.
But what sets us apart is that we like to have some fun.

including symentic , norton, panda and avg, but it was noteliminatedd completely from system. Now, if i right click my d drive , the drop down menu that comes has upper two lines written in indonesian orMalaysiann language. And i uninstalled almost everything from my hard drive but there is very little free space. Is this virus taking up all space ??????How to remove this worm/virus

She even lost her recovery disk that came with it and I went to microsoft.com and it tells me I can get the password back but it tells me to put in the windows vista dvd but she doesn’t have that either.
I heard of Trinity Rescue Kit but I would have to download the software to my pc and burn it on a disc but I don’t put software on my pc that I am not familiar with. So what can I do to help my mother get back into her pc?

Can’t Anything Ever Be Easy On This Computer? (need Quicktime Help!)?

I recently had to run a recovery CD on my computer in a last ditch effort to fix it. Now I’m in the process of having to run updates for everything on what is a 2002 PC. I was having trouble with my Kodak software and when I called them, they told me I needed to make sure I was running the most current version of Quicktime, as their software relies on that. I tried to update Quicktime and it told me I need to upgrade from Windows XP to Windows XP Service Pack 2. I did that and am now trying to update Quicken to version 7. Every time I click on the download button is says “Congratulations. You can now enjoy what millions of MAC and PC users love about Quicktime, blah blah” and goes on to say that the “download will start automatically”, yet nothing happens. What do I do now? And how can I tell what version of Quicktime I’m currently running? I’ve yet to figure that one out. Help. : (
