When I Plug My Ipod Touch In…?

it has a picture of the usb port pointing to a picture of the itunes logo.
and in the itunes it says… “iTunes has detected an iPod in recovery mode. You must restore this iPod before it can be used with iTunes.”
but when I click on resore it says “The iPod software update server could not be contacted.”
and i also can’t connect to the iTunes store… but I can go on the internet…
i recently tried to downgrade it from 1.1.4 to 1.1.1 and I’m almost 100% sure that’s what messed it up.
How do I fix everything?? :(

Dell Xps 420 Card Reader With Built In Bluetooth Problems?

I own a Dell XPS 420 desktop computer with the card reader with built in bluetooth.
I recently had to re-format my computer using Dell’s recovery features on my PC.
Everything works fine except the Bluetooth on the card reader. I used to be able to right-click on a file, select Send to and then choose Bluetooth devices and then it would search for nearby devices. But now, I can’t do any of that. I have a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard which are working fine at this very moment – so I know the device isn’t faulty.
Any ideas? I’d like some links to software or drivers if possible. That might solve the problem – I’m hoping it will!

Is This A Virus / Password Tracker? ?

Either this is a massively uncanny coincidence, or something is wrong.
Over the last few days, when I’ve logged in to some sites (hotmail, yahoo, a couple of forums etc), my password isn’t accepted. I try again and it goes in fine. Now, I’m pretty sure I typed the password in correctly in the first place, so I’m growing suspicious of some kind of virus or password-logging spyware playing around with me.
I have good antivirus software (AVG- and not the free version either!) and spybot installed, but nothing’s popped up to warn me of anything suspicious going on.
Does this seem likely? Has anyone had experience like this? Any advice? Thanks.

I Want To Open A Software Training Institute In India. Could Anyone Tell Me The Procedure?

I want to open a software training institute which will initially offer individual courses (like C, C++, JAVA, Oracle etc).
I would like guidance in the legal (like obtaining permission from any ministry or any govt department etc) procedures which needs to be followed for the same.
