Some of my student friends and I are entering this competition and we want to present out work (or at least part of it) on a DVD. We would like this to consist of some text and pictures (like Powerpoint) and to squeeze in a few interviews and if we could menu it all into chapters it would be perfect. The option to create subtitles is really important to, but the software HAS to be easy to use. I’m not exactly a computer genius! If it can do all the above then it’s okay though I’ll figure it out.
Bearing in mind that we are still at school, what is the best free or extremely cheap software to do this? It just needs to be a good editing program. (Hopefully we could use it as a stepping stone and then get a better application but we are students!)
