Greeting ! Is There A Photo Editing Software I Can Use To Print Id And Passport Photos ?

I am using a CANON photoprinter. Beside the Easy Photo Print provided, is there another photo editing software that will allow me to print ID ( 1 inch x 1 inch ) and passport size photos. Thank you.

   First of all, I think it should be 3.5 x 4.5 centimetres.
   Go to that website. Seemed interesting… I think the best way to do this though is just going to your local drug store and they should do it there for $7-8. They look a lot nicer if you do that as well,

   The US State department has a great software program. Send them an e-mail with your name and all of your contact info. They will send it to you for free and it normally costs about $3,000.

   i’d try adobe photoshop they allow you to do alot of stuff.
