Is Jailbreaking Your Ipod Touch Worth It If I Have The January Software Upgrade?

i just got the ipod touch, and it came with the january software upgrade.Is the jailbroken ipod touch the same as the upgraded ipod touch?the only thing i would want to jailbreak it for is the games,but do i need a wifi connection every time i play the games?

   No you dont need a wifi connection every time you play the games. And as for jailbreaking it, it is totally worth it. You will hear from 4 or 5 users that jailbreaking is illiegal and it will brick your ipod and a whole bunch of other rubbish. First of all why in the world would it be illiegal?? It is your ipod and you own it. I am here to tell you that that is all not true. In the event that it does brick then you can always restore the default settings and the ipod touch will be back to the way it was when you go it out of the box. And trust me if you jailbreak it only for the games then you WILL find other things besides games to do on it. You can but backgrounds on it and customize the slider icons etc…
