Is There Any Software To Make Other Running Programs Quit?

For example, 3 programs are running on my pc.A, B and C. Now I want to set specific times for these 3 programs to quit. If i set like 10:30 for program A, it’ll quit on 10:30. Is there any software for this?

   Task Scheduler is in your Windows operating system. Use it to run any program at any time. No need to buy anything. Administrative tools or System Tools.
