You can’t compress them anymore – mp3 is a heavily compressed file and it won’t compress anymore. Same with wmv, aac, avi, m4p, mpeg, etc.
All a zip or rar utility will do is bundle them into one package, but you can’t make the package any smaller.
Sorry to say, but there isn’t anything that will work for you. You will have to upload it to a server and have your friend download it from there (search for “FTP client” on Google) or burn them to data DVD’s and mail them through the mail.

The best way to reduce the file size is to export or share for web from what ever video editing application you are using.
You can upload the file to Youtube as long as it is not longer than 9 minutes.
The biggest file size you can email to someone is a 9MB file – anybigger than that and the email server will reject it.
The more you compress a video mpg file the crappier it will be.
Mpg is the best file format to use for exporting video clips.
What video editing software are you using?

you will have to re-encode them using lower bitrates – for audio try xrecodehttp://xrecode.com/
    for video, any video converterhttp://download.cnet.com/Any-Video-Conve…
but it will take a lot of effort; best to zip them up with 7zip using “store” as the compression level of the archivehttp://www.7-zip.org/

upload the rar file onto the net at rapidshare, then he can download them.
Tell your friend to click on.. ‘Free User’.. button when he receives your email
