If the other computers connected to your network are really trusted, you won’t need another firewall other than the built-in Windows Firewall. Your router has a built-in firewall but it is not a guarantee that your computer cannot be compromised especially when you go online to the internet.
Comodo what? I would suggest that you get a good personal firewall or better yet get a Security Suite for total security. Suites come with Firewall & Antivirus programs so you don’t need to buy them separately. Take a look at this for your reference:

Router should be good enough. Of course if the router is misconfigured, or if you have another machine on your local network that gets a worm etc. then there will be a chance for it to infect your computer. Personally, just leave it on.
