My computer came with recovery disc and i want to reinstall winows vista without all the software that comes with it like cber link, Hp games , microsoft word .exe and all those stuff. I want to just install windows with no software how can i do this and is it posssible with my Hp recovery disc

Nope. They install all the bloatware on the recovery discs and they don’t give you the option to not install them.
You’ll have to delete them again after you re-install
You will need to install a clean copy of Windows Vista using a Windows Vista installation disc, you can’t use the recovery software anymore, or do what Axel C said, uninstall all the software after restoring your system, or try to deselect while recovery (if possible).
