How Do I Get Rid Of This Virus Attack Thingy?

this antivirus program got on my computer somehow several days ago and its been driving me nuts. i even got rid of it on program remove from control panel but it kept coming up.
the only thing that it does is that it tells me that my computer has all these virus that doesnt exist and asks me to pay money to download the stupid program.
so i downloaded another antivirus program called AVG for free
and i finally got rid of the previous program yesterday but occasionally, when i try to go on a web page this page comes up and says..

im pretty sure my computer is safe since i have a right antivirus program going on but im scared if its not safe
and this whole thing is driving me crazy!

My Computer Has A Rootkit And Trojans Plus Hackers?

I had to keep reinstalling my system using a system recovery disk. I don’t know what i have on my notebook. It’s either a rootkit or a trojan. Someone is also viewing and knowing what i do on my notebook.
I have a HP Windows home premium vista. How do i disable the remote desktop or remote access to my computer.
I tried all kinds of software plus i tried a bootable anti virus and malware but it seems it doesn’t detect it.
Please can someone help me. Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trojan Horse Keeps Galloping On My Pc?

Just phoned up ACER re: my galloping horse’s
Still Cant get rid of the Said Trojans i have on my machine!
The said infection still keeps coming,ive tried a-squared,windows defender,regcure nothing is picking up my 2 major concerns!

i can remove the first one from my AVG but it keeps galloping onto my pc.
The 2nd one i cant even remove,when i go to remove it it says as follows: OBJECT IS HIDDEN BY A ROOTKIT TECHNIQUE(WHICH IA USUALLY USED BY MALICIOUS SOFTWARE)DO YOU REALLY WANT TO REMOVE? i say yes and it tell me SOME FILES CANNOT BE HEALED ACCESS IS DENIED.
What the hell is going on,if its hidden why is it telling me what it is?
I phoned avg support help line,what a waste of money i might add,they said they could remove all the above for a grand total of £120 They also say that the Trojans i have are very high risk and they are the only one’s who can remove the above items from my PC.
I asked if i could do a data recovery on my pc and they said no!
And before you ask! i never paid the money

Xp Start Up Problem.?

Window xp problem,it won’t start please help!?

How Do I Get My Card Reader And Usb Port Working On The Front Of My Pc Tower?

I have just recently installed a new hard drive because the old one wasn’t working. But that, everything was fine except the internal card reader and the 1.0 USB ports which is on the front of my PC tower (case). So the question is, how do I get these working? Do I need to download special software or what because I don’t have any CD or a floppy that came with it. All I have is the system recovery disk – but don’t have a clue if that’s what I’m suppose to use though! You tell me!
