Please Help, Computer Restart Problem!?

ok so everytime i either restart my laptop or dont turn it off properly, i get a message whenever i turn it back on. it says windows error recovery and something about hardware or software. i get a bunch of options like “start windows normally” but whichever one i pick, the same message just pops up again.
whenever that happens, i just press the power button and wait a couple minutes before turning it back on and the message reappears but this time i can press any button and it wont take me back to the message.
please helP!

I am looking for photo software that has a lot of effects on it for changing the photos. I currently have Jasc paint shop pro 9, is there anything with more options. Thanks.

make 1 dvd(r) system boot up recovery cd .to put your system back on and all the software you use 1 dvd(r) disk that will make a full system back up of the windows + system drivers + software that came with the pc at the time .so if you ever had to do a system recovery

save you having to look for drivers
you just put the dvd(r) system back up cd .
in the drive restart your pc and it will boot from the dvd(r) system recovery cd and reinstall
your system + drivers+ software that came with your pc from day 1
if you make the right systen recovery cd
you can even have it format the hard drive reinstall windows+ the drivers+ the software
thats what you can do with 1 dvd(r)systemy recovery cd
you can even have it just reinstall windows+ the drivers+ software with out having to format the hard drive its a 2 way system recovery back up 1. DVD (r) system recovery cd
and if made IT right,,,your system is backup and running in no time ?

Can Anybody Tell Me How I Can Get By-pass Windows Log-on With Out A Password Or Username?

I have a compaq pc With( Windows Professional)software.A friend of mine sold it to me,and he never told me the password to the administrator user.Everytime I start my computer,it ask for a password!My friend passed away and I didnt get a chance to ask him for it.I cant even do a recovery when it starts,actually it doesnt give me no options at all,it just goes straight to windows logon and enter your password to open windows desktop.It doesn’t even give you a help button nor a hint tip button!I tried pressing the CTRL+ALT+DELETE buttons at the same time to by pass the password,but did not work.I tried press CTRL+Esc also,still no luck.Even tried to press Enter and still nothing.Can somebody tell me what I need to do to get in to Windows to create an new user account?I dont really want to call to microsoft cause they keep me on the hold to long!SO DONT SUGGESTED THIS OPTION PLEASE!!!
