using the software, she finds out and confronts him, she calls him a thief. he responds to her that she is also a thief because she uses the phone to make personal calls and the copying machine to make copies for her church group. she stays shut and dont tell her boss, what ethical issues do you see in here?

I Have A Sandisk U3 Cruzer 2gb Flash Drive. Some Problem> Help?

I bought it from the US last week. It came loaded with a lot of softwares like recovery, Mcafee antivirus. But when i plug it in after the third time it just says “download programs”. I dont know where have all the softwares gone? I have used it just 2 times.
Whats the problem with it?? Please can someone help
