i’ve got AVG 8.5 free. everytime i try to update it says ‘access is forbidden by the server’. i’ve uninstalled and installed 5 times still the same problem.

I have two accounts on my laptop, one is administrator and one is supervisor. I am normally the administrator on my computer but i have forgotten the password and it is not what i thought it was. I have tried to change it through the other one but it can not touch anything on it! All my documents are on there that i need in the next week and i desperatly need to know how i can get onto my administrator account as i dont know the password to get on to the start screen in the first place! I can only get on to the normal screen through the supervisior one.
I have tried safe mode which doesnt work and also someone suggested loginrecovery.com, but i couldnt work it out! The CD i put in was fine but i dont have the right software to burn it onto the CD so i dont think that will work unless someone can give me the right software, preferrably free, and then tell me what to do with loginrecovery!
However if anyone has any suggestions as to what i can do with it then i would be happy and grateful to hear them.
I dont have time to go to a computer shop or anything because i go away tonight on holiday and i need the laptop with me. If there is a number that i can dial i would be happy to know it. And i cant put my computer into recovery mode as that would loose all the files on there that i need.
