Cant Copy Music To My Mp3 Player?

Im trying to put music on my mp3 player which i have done on this computer before, the problem started after i did a system recovery. Now when i plug in my device the computer says new hardware found and it prompts me to install a MTP device software, but when i try to do so an error occurs and i cant install it. How can i fix this??

Let me say that I am a fan of the zune. Its a solid player and I really like it. I was totally devastated when it got stolen from me. Now that i have been considering getting another one, i seem to have noticed that fewer stores are selling them. What do you think will ever happen to the zune?
I think the zune’s only real achille’s heel was the software. It’s easy to use but it CRASHES and it makes me so mad! Anybody have the same problems? If so, could you reccomend a better player?
