I Don’t Know Computers & I Know There Are Alot Of Smart People Here That Can Tell Me Which One Of These Is #1?

I found a couple computers for sale, just tell me which is better! I need it for school, I won’t be downloading hundreds of movies and games and such.

Who Wants A Software For Internet Cafes And May Be Home Computers?

The software allows you to monitor all computers in a network for usage – both time and bytes sent and received. It can lock a computer with a splash screen. It can calculate charges based on time/bytes usage. It can take a snap shot of the person using the computer when they login. It can block the usage of a computer when the user has exeeded time/usage limits. It can generate usernames and passwords for new users etc. How do I market this software?

Reinstalling Windows/darik’s Boot And Nuke Questions?

Okay, basically I want to reinstall windows xp home on my hard drive. Problem is my computer never came with any software such as the winxp cd. Instead, there’s two partitions (c and d) usually when i reformat I never have to insert a cd or anything because it picks up the info from the D partition.
1) So, what do I do if I clear my hard drive OR get a new hard drive? I’m not computer savvy at all so i’m hoping someone here knows what to do. Is a “boot disk” or “recovery tools disk” the same? If so, how do i make one? Is there a code/key I should remember or something?
Also, i’m preparing to use Darik’s boot and nuke this time.
2) Would this delete every single partition on my hard drive?
and
3) after using DBaN, do I insert the winxp cd and and let it download? Or is there some highly/mildly technical aspect of it?

Trying Unlock Iphone. Big Problem! Help!?

I just tried to downgrade my software, I did..
“To enter recovery mode, connect the phone to the computer and press and hold the Power button and the Home button simultaneously. After about 15 seconds phone will appear to turn off, release the Power button but keep holding the Home button. After about 15 seconds the computer and iTunes will detect the phone in recovery mode, and you can perform a restore. IMPORTANT: If you just click the restore button, it will restore it with the latest firmware. It’s much safer to manually select firmware instead. If you want to manually select a different firmware you can hold down SHIFT key (Windows) or Option/ALT-key (Mac) when clicking the Restore button, and it will let you choose firmware file. Download the wanted firmware here (you would normally want 1.1.1).”
“Note: If you downgrade the firmware you will get an error when restore is complete, and phone will be stuck in recovery mode. To get it into normal mode, run AppTapInstaller.exe (or iNdependence if your’re on a Mac).”
Im running AppTappInstaller now and it is not getting out of recovery mode. It has been stuck on “looking for iPhone” for almost an hour. I need help, im trying to just get the software back on it but I cant. Any tips or help on how to get my firmware back?
