What Software Do I Need To Open A Disposition-notification Document? I Use Windows Xp Home Os?

It tells me Internet Explorer can open it but then it changes to unable to open this type file. I looked in all the obvious places, Windows Live and Software downloads.

If Internet Explorer is telling you it can’t open it you probably need to download the file because IE can’t open every file. You can do this by right clicking on the link and selecting “Save As” or “Save File As” Also notice the file extension (the .bla part) when you save it. If it still won’t open do a search on google for the .bla part and it will usually tell you what program you need.
