What 3d Software Is The Easiest To Learn?

I draw car designs and I want to render it into 3D. What 3D software is the easiest to learn, or requires minimum knowledge of technical stuff? I’ve heard of 3Ds Max and a couple of other softwares. By the way I don’t have prior experience in 3D rendering but I’m very willing to learn. Please name 2-5 softwares.

   I started with CAD, went to 3ds max, now am planing for maya, bt i don have time tho, max is doin gr8 job for me…

   3D max is not easiest but if you know some 2D designer software then it is easy for you.
