My Computer Is Messed Up Really Bad. Virus Junk And Spymaxx And Big Problems! I Dont Have Recovery Cd?

Alright, here is the situation. I had spymaxx virus problems, but after running millions of different softwares i got the error messages to go away and i got my desktop picture back.
Now when I run my computer in normal mode I cannot:
Run any internet. It wont even show anything on network connections.
I cannot install some programs, and i cant run some programs, such as AVG. it gives me stupid error codes. Sometimes it will say the administrator doesnt want you to download stuff or watever… but i am the administrator.
The taskbar is one boring grey solid collor and it wont let me change anything at all under prefrences. All i have is windows classic mode
It wont let me run system restore
And last but not least… I do NOT have a windows xp restore cd thing.
If someone can help me out that would be great because right now i feel like crap.

    I’m not a wiz with computers but maybe run a virus scan? Or can you buy a windows xp restore cd?

    To make it clear, you are the administrator, but does the account you logon to your computer assigned with administrative right? Go on to control panel > users management > and gain your log on account the administrator privilege you will be able to manage your computer.

    That program they are suggesting will not get rid of it because the spymaxx files are loading in memory when your computer starts up or when spymaxx was installed. You have to restart your computer in safe mode to prevent the spymaxx files and the Trojan that may have installed spymaxx from loading into memory. When it loads into memory it will easily repopulate on your next reboot.
    Smitfraudfix has been known to remove spymaxx and ALL of the Trojan files associated with it. You just have to start up in safe mode before you run it.
