My sister said that I should install translation software ( English to Japanese) into my Personal Computer. With this, I can type and write Japanese text message and send a email in Japanese. Is that so ?
Or, should I buy Microsoft software Japanese version and install it to my PC? Currently I live in English speaking country where I cannot get PC installed with Microsoft software Japanese version. Please help to solve this matter.

I think your sister is correct but first try clicking on the Japanese flag at the bottom of the page, then when in your e-mail view click View – encoding – more and click on a Japanese link. This may not work – but could.
