How Can I Load Music Onto My Zune Mp3 Player Without Using The Zune Software?

Ive downloaded the Zune software onto both my latop & computer (yes I know on the website there are 2 types of software & i downloaded the right ones) but the software opens but it wont acknowledge my zune player is attached. Nothing s wrong with my computer or laptop because I can download things onto my ipod but I want music on my zune! how do I do that?! : )

Even if you use a hack such as zAlternator you still need to have the Zune program. You can try checking the various Zune forums. There might be other alternatives.
