How Can I Get The Ipod Touch January Software Update?

I went to the Apple website and I clicked “get the january software update” and it opened my iTunes but there is nowhere that says downlaod! How can I can download it on my iPod?

   go to itunes and connect your ipod…then on your ipod screen click update ipod software and it should update

   on i-tunes it should say updates at least mine does!!!
