Where Can I Get The Software To Connect My Razr V3re To My Computer?

i am trying to connect my motorola razr v3re to the computer by usb cable, but I don’t have the software. It pops up add new hardware but can’t find it and i don’t have it. Where can I get it or is there another way to make the computer recognize it?
