Deleted Torrent+ Data Accidently From Utorrent, Anyway I Can Recover It.?

Hi All !
I have accidentally deleted a torrent while downloading it, i was half way thru 3.5 Gbs, Damn. I deleted the torrent file, and the data in the temp folder is lost also, i restored the system to yesterday but the files are missing…(where are they now?), so instead of starting from 0, how can i get back my previously downloaded file and continue to download.
Please do not suggest “get data back” or recovery softwares.
