i know mac os x already has a firewall but my school requires that i have a antivirus/firewall program installed so which one is good. none of the free ones, i would like to buy it

i would recommend norton antivirus to combat viruses. works really great. check it out here:
Well if your mac is PPC you don’t have to install an anti-virus. Mostly Intel-based macs and windows have viruses but if your running windows on a PPC mac using virtual pc, there are no viruses even if you run a full complete scan.
