What software do I need for using USB flash drive or HDD like Memory Cards?
I know that with Action Replay I can transfer game saves from Memory Card to USB flash drive. But exists a software that can format USB flash drive to a PS2 Memory Card?

    i can say that there is a software for doing that cuz my uncle did that with his 2.5″ external HDD and his PS2(he can use it as memory card and also load stored games from the HDD itself, he hardly uses his PS2 disk drive cuz disks get scratched) BUT dont know where to get it from, cuz i didn’t ask him as i dont have a PS2. try googling “USB flash drive to PS2 memory card”
