What Webcam Software Lets You Take A Photo With A Time Delay,exactly Like A Timer Function On A Normal Camera?

Logitech’s webcam software lets you press a button, and allows you 10 seconds to get your pose ready, then will take and save the picture.
Except this only works with logitech webcams.
So what webcam software out there will do this but will work for non-logitech webcams?
I am NOT looking for one that takes a picture every x amount of seconds, as they all seem to do that.
Specifically, you press a button, there’s a time delay, then the photo is taken.
Sounds simple, but try finding one and I bet you can’t!
