I have completed Msters in Information systems management from Aus uni. I have started reading book on software testing by Ron Patton. Which i should read next to get infomation about real world experince? Is automated software testing is easier to enter into software testing? or manual?

In order to have a successful testing career, you would need knowledge of both manual testing as well as automated testing.

You will need a really good knowledge of English as there are reports to write in full. Also most companies require very high levels of programming knowledge, although not as high as for creating software.
