Help! My Pc Wnt Allow Me To Browse Websites That Have Free Malware Removers?

HELP! MY pc wnt allow me to browse websites that have free malware removers. It like blocks the website. I downloaded like 3 free antivirus softwares and i think one of them is not allowing me to download the right things to really get rid of my problems. PLZ HELP ME
