If you go to http://www.trendmicro.com and click on house call, you can do a free virus scan online that will rid your computer of infections for free too.
Go to snapfiles.com and choose freeware.

I have found, by far, that AVG is the best freeware anti-virus I have found. You can find it at http://www.avast.com
